Bahrain

Bahrain declared independence in 1971. The flag of Bahrain, like the flags of some other Gulf states, based on the flag of the Islamic sect Charídžov. Originally, the entire light red. According to the agreement in 1933 between Bahrain and the United Kingdom joined the red flag white stripe. The current flag is red with a white serrated band, five points represent the five pillars of Islam.
