Brunei

The first flag of Brunei is from 1906. Yellow is the color of the sultan. Two diagonal white and black stripes represent the sultan's two counselors. The red emblem with the motto "Brunei, the Abode of Peace" and "Always render service with God's guidance" added to the flag in 1959. The emblem includes five components. The crescent moon symbolizes Islam. The flag and the royal umbrella represent the monarchy, the wings are symbolizing justice, tranquility, prosperity, and peace. Two hands express the willingness of the government to take care of people.
