Grenada

The Grenada flag was introduced after declaration of independence in 1974. Seven stars symbolize seven parishes. The nutmeg is a major export item. Red expresses the unity and courage of the country's population, yellow is the color of friendship and sunshine, green symbolizes vegetation of the island.
