Guinea Bissau

Guinea Bissau flag was introduced in the Pan-African color after the Declaration of Independence in 1973 The black star represents the freedom of Africans. Red symbolizes the struggle for freedom, work and suffering, yellow represents the savannah in the north, harvest and the sun, green is the color of forests in the south, vegetation and hope.
