Kazakhstan

The new flag of Kazakhstan was established in 1992 after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Light blue symbolizes the religious, cultural and ethnic unity, endless sky and water. The sun is the source of life and energy, a sign of wealth and abundance. The eagle represents freedom, strength and the flight to the future. The hoist side displays a national ornamental pattern.
