Kenya

The Kenya flag has been used since 1952 after declaration of independence from the British. Black represents the African people, red symbolizes the blood and fight for freedom, and green represents vegetation. Two white stripes symbolize peace and unity. The emblem in the center with the Maasai war shield and two crossed spears symbolizes the defense of freedom.
