Zimbabwe

The flag of Zimbabwe was introduced in the year 1980. Green represents vegetation and soil. Yellow represents mineral heritage of the country, red represents the blood which was overspill in the fight. Black is the colour of the black majority. The bird on the flag is the national symbol of Zimbabwe. The white triangle symbolizes peace and the forwarding way. The red star represents the direction.
