Flag of Europe horizontal

The flag of the European Union is in the blue colour of Pantone Reflex Blue. In the middle of the flag are placed twelve five pointed stars in the yellow colour of Pantone Yellow which are placed into the circle in order to the upper edge of the flag was placed to the point of stars. Number of stars is not changeable and it does not depend on the number of the members. The flag is used also with the state flag for the identification of the territory European Union.
