Niue

Niue adopted this flag in 1974. The yellow flag with the small flag of the UK with five stars in the upper hoist-side quadrant. The larger star represents Niue and four smaller stars represents the constellation of the Southern Cross in New Zealand. Yellow is a bright sunshine, warmth and friendship between Niue and New Zealand.
