The flag of Saud Arabia comes from the year 1960. The green flag symbolizes Islam. On the flag is written: Only one God is Allah not the other ones and Mohamed is his prophesier. The cutting weapon under this title symbolizes the power of the name of Saud over Arabia. Until the year 1946 was only one weapon on the flag instead of two.
