Togo

The flag of Togo was introduced in the year 1960. Pan African colours on the flag mean the African union. The green symbolizes agriculture. The red symbolizes overspill blood and love to the country. The yellow colour symbolizes mineral heritage of the country. The white is the colour of clearness. Five stripes of the flag represent five administrative areas of the country. Five pointed star symbolizes union and the light in the way of progress.
